Accounts and eligibility
You must be legally able to make a purchase or use the store with the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Provide current, complete information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you report unauthorized use.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms.
Catalog, pricing, and orders
We work to keep descriptions, images, prices, and stock accurate, but errors and minor product variations may occur.
Submitting checkout information creates an order request. Stock, pricing, coupon, address, security, and payment checks may still be required before fulfilment.
We may correct or cancel an affected order when an item is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, verification fails, or fulfilment is not possible. Any confirmed payment due back will follow the applicable refund process.
Payments, delivery, and returns
PayU is the only checkout payment method. Payment status is shown in the order record, and starting PayU checkout does not by itself confirm that payment was collected.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by inventory, address serviceability, logistics, holidays, or events outside reasonable control.
Shipping, cancellation, return, and refund requests are governed by the corresponding policies in the Legal Center.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, submit fraudulent orders, abuse promotions, scrape protected data, or introduce malicious code.
Treat support staff respectfully and do not submit unlawful, threatening, deceptive, or infringing content.
Intellectual property
Store content, branding, designs, and software belong to KITS Tech Shop, KITS Tech Solutions, or their licensors unless stated otherwise.
You may use the storefront for personal shopping. Reproduction, resale, or commercial exploitation of protected content requires written permission.
Liability and governing rights
The service may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain it but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any other limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
